Beware of SPAM / Unsolicited emails

We have identified a number of unsolicited emails in recent days across our JetBroadband network.  These emails have been written as if they were sent from JetBroadband and ask for you to click a link to confirm your account or to provide account information.   These emails DID NOT come from JetBroadband and are SPAM and should be deleted immediately. Should you have any questions or concerns about this notice or any suspicious unsolicited emails, please email us at cs@jetbroadband.com or call our Technical Support department at 1-866-668-0171 to learn how to modify your SPAM settings.

Beware of SPAM / Unsolicited emails

We have identified a number of unsolicited emails in recent days across our JetBroadband network.  These emails have been written as if they were sent from JetBroadband and ask for you to click a link to confirm your account.   These emails DID NOT come from JetBroadband and are SPAM and should be deleted immediately. Recent SPAM email:

"Dear User

In the last 2 months, Jetbroadband has been deleting a lot of profiles from the website. This has been due either to new legal requirements, violations of our terms of service, or any of the following reasons. Confirmation of account will be required to prevent delet.

To Confirm your Account Click here and Login."

Dear JetBroadband High-Speed Internet Customer:

This is a notice from the JetBroadband Internet Security Department. We
have identified additional unsolicited emails in recent days across our JetBroadband network and wish to warn our customers. These emails have been written as if they were sent from JetBroadband and ask for you to click a link to login to confirm your account settings. The email is addressed Dear User & states that JetBroadband has been deleting a lot of profiles due to new legal requirements.

These unsolicited emails are SPAM and should be deleted immediately.

We have identified a number of unsolicited emails in recent days across our JetBroadband network.  These emails have been written as if they were sent from JetBroadband and ask for a significant amount of personal account information (including JetBroadband ID, Password, Zip Code and Home Telephone).  These emails DID NOT come from JetBroadband and are SPAM and should be deleted immediately. Dear JetBroadband High-Speed Internet Customer:

This is a new notice from the JetBroadband Internet Security Department. We have identified a another new set of unsolicited emails which started last night across our JetBroadband network and wish to warn our customers once again. These emails have been written as if they were sent from JetBroadband Service, uses our JetBroadband logo and has a subject header -  “(**Verify Now**) JetBroadband Email Upgrade 2008” . It also asks for a significant amount of personal account information, such as:

Password: .......................

This email is particularly aggressive since it is asking you to take action before May 10th as your email and password settings will be effected.  This email is claiming JetBroadband is upgrading its email which is a hoax.  We are not making any changes to our email system and your password will not be effected.

This is a another notice from the JetBroadband Internet Security Department. We have identified a new unsolicited email just sent across our JetBroadband network and wish to warn our customers. These emails have been written as if they were sent from JetBroadband with a subject header "(JetBroadband Subscribers) Your Account Is Due For Revalidation"

and also asks for a significant amount of personal account information, such as your:

Address:

JetBroadband Account login:

Account Password:

*Test Question:

*Answer:

They have also used our logo and the logo of Verisign to try to legitimize this email.  Please ignore this email and delete it immediately. 

These emails can be identified as being from " JetBroadband Support"
